What is finra?
finra is a secure client portal for Swiss brokers and fiduciaries. You invite your clients, they submit tax or insurance documents digitally, see the processing status and release documents — without email back-and-forth and without insecure attachments.
Who is finra for?
For Swiss brokers, fiduciaries and insurance intermediaries who regularly exchange documents with their clients — for example for the tax return, policies or pension records. finra replaces WhatsApp, email attachments and stacks of paper with one central, secure place.
How do I invite my clients?
Nach der Registrierung erhalten Sie Ihre eigene Adresse (z. B. mueller.finra.ch). Von dort laden Sie Kunden per E-Mail-Einladung ein. Der Kunde klickt auf den Link, legt ein Passwort fest und ist sofort in seinem persönlichen Bereich.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. finra runs entirely in the browser — on a computer, tablet or smartphone. No app installation is needed, neither for you nor for your clients.
Are my documents secure? Where is the data stored?
All data is hosted exclusively in Switzerland. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to documents is always tied to a login without exception. Each broker sees only their own clients and files — a strict separation between tenants is firmly built into the system.
Is finra FADP-compliant?
Ja. finra ist auf das revidierte Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) ausgerichtet: Datenhaltung in der Schweiz, Verschlüsselung, Zugriffsschutz pro Mandant sowie eine transparente Datenschutzerklärung. Details finden Sie in unserer Privacy policy.
What does finra cost? How long can I try it?
You try finra free for 30 days and without a credit card. Only then do you decide on a subscription. That way you can try the portal at your own pace with real clients before anything is charged at all.
What happens after the trial?
When the trial ends, you move to a suitable subscription to keep accessing your portal. Your data, clients and documents are fully retained — nothing is lost. A subscription can be cancelled at any time.
How do clients release documents?
Clients upload their documents directly in the portal and release them to you with a single click. Every release is logged — you can always trace who submitted or released which document and when.
Can I export my data or cancel my account?
Ja. Sie bleiben jederzeit Herr über Ihre Daten und können diese auf Anfrage exportieren. Eine Kündigung ist jederzeit möglich, ohne Mindestlaufzeit. Kontaktieren Sie uns dazu einfach über unser Contact form.
Do I get my own web address?
Ja. Jeder Broker erhält eine eigene Subdomain (z. B. mueller.finra.ch) mit eigenem Logo und eigener Farbe. Ihre Kunden erkennen so sofort, dass sie sich in Ihrem persönlichen Portal befinden.
